By accessing and using the FrontNexus website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
FrontNexus provides IT training, certification programs, and related education services. The specific terms of each training engagement will be set out in a separate agreement or order confirmation.
Course registrations are subject to availability. Confirmation will be sent upon successful enrollment. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses with reasonable notice.
Payment terms will be specified in the order confirmation. Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 7-14 days before will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date.
All training materials, course content, and related intellectual property remain the property of FrontNexus or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
FrontNexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen.
